About Me

I am a full time mum, living in central London for more than 18 years. I have always been passionate about food and nutrition. Shortly after my Bachelors Degree in Science, I joined the  medical profession to conduct clinical pathology tests. I started to understand the importance of nutrition for a healthy body and mind.

Certified as a Natural Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (London) and Nutrition in Everyday Life, I have been teaching wholesome cooking in different part of the world for more than 20 years, with experience in preparing Russian, Indian and natural health food.

Being of Indian origins and growing up with my grand--parents, I was always curious to learn different cooking techniques and inspired to use only fresh ingredients and spices.

During my free time, I use my skills to actively support charities by organising fundraising campaigns with cooking workshops.
